Supported by our core manufacturing base in Danyang City, Jiangsu Province—covering a planned area of 200,000 m² with a total investment exceeding CNY 500 million—PURIONX operates one of the largest and most automated resin synthesis facilities in China. Our comprehensive portfolio spans potable & food-grade resins, industrial water treatment resins, ultrapure mixed-bed resins, petrochemical catalyst resins, chelating resins, macroporous adsorbents, and copolymer precursors.
Unlike secondary blenders or trading intermediaries, our Jiangsu facility operates the complete chemical synthesis chain — from styrene–divinylbenzene (PS–DVB) and acrylic suspension copolymerization ("white beads") to chloromethylation, sulfonation, amination, and ultrapure ionic conversion under automated DCS control.

Batch-by-Batch Quality Verification
Every production lot is tested in our analytical laboratory for total and operating exchange capacity, moisture retention, wet true and apparent density, harmonic mean bead size, osmotic attrition strength (ball-mill sphericity ≥ 95%), and leachable TOC prior to issuing a signed Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Industrial Export Packaging & Documentation
Available in 25 L PE-lined valve bags (40 bags / fumigation-free pallet), 1,000 L woven IBC super-sacks, and 25 kg moisture-sealed fiber drums. Full export documentation package includes Batch COA, GHS-compliant SDS/MSDS, Certificate of Origin, and optional SGS / Bureau Veritas pre-shipment inspection.
