- RFQ & Sample Inquiry Data: When you submit our Request for Quotation (RFQ) form or email us directly, we collect your company name, contact name and title, business email address, destination port/country, target application parameters, packaging preferences, and selected resin grades.
- Technical & Security Metadata: When an inquiry is submitted to /api/inquiry, our edge worker processes standard HTTP request headers (including country code and IP address for Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam verification) to prevent automated abuse.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Preparing commercial FOB, CIF, or DDP quotations tailored to your resin grades and container volumes;
- Dispatching 500 mL–1,000 mL laboratory qualification samples together with lot-specific Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheets (GHS SDS);
- Providing technical cross-reference guidance when replacing third-party resin grades;
- Maintaining security, preventing spam submissions, and complying with export and trade regulations.
We never sell, rent, or trade your contact details or technical inquiry data to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.

We keep the number of third parties that touch visitor data to a minimum. Those that do process data on our behalf, under contract and only for the purposes below:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — edge hosting, security, and anti-bot verification. Inquiry records are held in Cloudflare KV for up to 90 days.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — transactional email delivery. When you submit the RFQ form, the details you entered are relayed through Resend's API to our mailbox at info@purionx.com so our export desk can reply. Resend does not receive your data unless you submit the form.
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4) — aggregate traffic statistics, loaded only with your consent. See Section 4 for the cookies involved and how to withhold consent.
If you are located in the EU/EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with transfer restrictions, these transfers rely on the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses and their respective data processing agreements.
